Hours and considerations
- Absolute quiet between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am
- Moderate volume for music and TV during the day
- No use of noisy tools on Sundays and holidays
- Pets must not cause disturbances with constant barking
Use of common areas
- One vehicle per apartment in assigned parking spaces
- No parking in pedestrian areas or access zones
- Visitors must register their vehicles at the gate
- Maximum speed 10 km/h within the complex
Recycling and disposal
- Separate waste into organic, recyclable and non-recyclable
- Take out trash only during established hours (7-9 am / 6-8 pm)
- Debris and old furniture must be removed by residents
- Keep common areas free of waste
Recreational zones
- Pool hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Children under 12 must be supervised
- No glass allowed in wet areas
- Social room reservations require 48 hours notice
Animal responsibility
- Always on leash in common areas
- Clean up after your pet immediately
- Vaccinations must be up to date and registered with administration
- Dangerous breeds require muzzles
Changes to units and facades
- Prior approval required for structural modifications
- No changes to facade colors or designs
- External antennas and equipment require authorization
- Balconies must be kept free of clutter
